Joining the Queue

    Sign up remotely — you'll get a text with your place in line and a link to view your wait time.

  2. 2

    As your spot gets closer, we'll text you again to head to the shop, and once more when it's your turn.

  3. 3

    You'll have 20 minutes to get here once we let you know it's your turn.

  4. 4

    Need more time? No problem — just reply to the automated message and let us know (bonus points if you mark yourself as delayed 😉).

Piercing Hours

Our same-day piercing queue opens at 11am. Hours vary by piercer:

  • Sairuh — Tuesday – Saturday 12pm – 7pm
  • Jasmine — Sunday & Monday 12pm – 6pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 12pm – 7pm

Piercers always stay until everyone in the queue has been seen, even if it exceeds posted hours.

Tattoo Hours

Because our artists book all of their own appointments, artist bookings or walk-in availability may not always match the piercing department's hours. Please contact the artist of your choice directly for more details.
